To mi d\u00e1v\u00e1 dostatek \u010dasu na to, abych si odpo\u010dinula a uvolnila se a za\u010dala s ve\u010dern\u00edmi ritu\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 m\u011b uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed do klidn\u00e9ho a uvoln\u011bn\u00e9ho stavu a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed mi klidn\u011b sp\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n<p>Doporu\u010duji si na telefonu nastavit p\u0159ipomenut\u00ed a jakmile se objev\u00ed na displeji, p\u0159esta\u0148te d\u011blat, co jste d\u011blali, a soust\u0159e\u010fte se pouze na ve\u010dern\u00ed rutinu.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id='co-nejv\u00edce-ztlumte-sv\u011btla-v-m\u00edstnosti'  id=\"boomdevs_2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lights\" >Co nejv\u00edce ztlumte sv\u011btla v m\u00edstnosti.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tento tip r\u00e1d pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m, kdy\u017e zapadne slunce. Nejen\u017ee se t\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed produkce melatoninu, kter\u00fd je pro kvalitn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, ale nav\u00edc se d\u00edky t\u00e9to atmosf\u00e9\u0159e budete c\u00edtit klidn\u011b a bezpe\u010dn\u011b.
